Coach Catalyst enables you to use a variety of tools when doing nutrition coaching for clients. You can coach clients using habits or macros. You can run programs, challenges, and education.
Habit Tracking
Inside Coach Catalyst, habits are called actions. These actions can be added to the client's journey based on the frequency you want a client to do the ACTION. You can create any action you would like for a client, this allows you to personalize the action to the client you are working with.

Daily Journal
When a client is tracking daily actions, you can take those numbers and get your client's compliance or success rate on the actions they are working on. You can find compliance on the main Clients Tab OR in the client's profile under programs.
Tracking Macros
There are a number of nutrition integration options inside your account. Your client will be able to pick the one they choose to use, if you want your clients using a specific tracker, be sure to educate them on this during your onboarding process or your introduction program.

When using a nutrition tracker inside the software, we suggest setting the Nutrition Targets in the app so you can easily look at clients numbers. How to set targets.

Education is what sets Coach Catalyst apart. The ability to drip content to clients inside lessons. These lessons can be added to a program or assigned to clients as needed.
