When clients are getting started in a new software and/or are new to training it is important to set up the expectations on how you want them to complete the items that are assigned to them. At Coach Catalyst one of our biggest suggestions is to have an onboarding program that you assign all new clients to.

If you are a coach using Coach Catalyst to deliver workouts, we suggest having a lesson that teaches the clients how you want them complete and workout and provide feedback.
