In the workout builder there are a few ways to create warm-ups. Here are the few we like to use.

I think showing a specific article about different ways to do warm-ups would be good. One would be to list out every individual warm-up exercise as an exercise circuit. A circuit would look like the image below.

Here is what it would look like on the client end when you build a warm-up as a circuit in a block:

Another way would be to put warm up as the exercise and use the description as the way to put the warm-up. This will work well if the warm-up is something like jumping jacks or high knees, something basic that doesn’t need a video.
