Templates are pre-created items that you plan to reuse. You can build templates for workouts and blocks.

The purpose of templates is to avoid creating something that you use frequently. This template feature gives you the ability to build a workout or block, a section of a workout, save it and use it again in the future.

On the Program tab, under workouts, you can create workouts or blocks.

When you build a workout or block under the program management you will be creating these blocks that can be used again. If you are building Blocks in workouts, you will need to save the block as a template to be able to use it again. This is a great idea if for warm-ups or other sections you will use again.
