What do coaches and clients get notifications for? How to adjust notification settings in apps and on devices.

When using software you want to make sure you are getting the notifications when you need them. Inside your phone and apps, you will want to make sure you have your settings correct.

Notifications

Client Notifications:

Clients will get push notifications immediately for messages and tagged community posts. Clients will get a daily notification push reminder for any items on the client's Home tab.

Coach Notifications:

Coaches will get push notifications immediately for messages and tagged community posts. Primary coaches will get email notifications when a client completes a form.

iPhone Settings

You will need to go to Profile > Notifications here you will be able to set your notification preferences.

If you click on "Open app settings" at the bottom you'll be taken to your iOS notification settings for the app.

Android Settings

You will need to go into your Settings App > Choose the App > Select Notifications

MyCoach or Branded App (for Clients)

For clients to adjust their notifications they can do this from the You Tab on the bottom right corner of the app > Notifications. Clients will be able to turn on or off push notifications and emails. Set the reminder notification time and they types of notifications the want to see as push notifications.

Coach Catalyst App (for Coaches)

For coaches to adjust their notifications they can do this from the You Tab on the bottom right corner of the app > Notifications. Coaches will be able to turn on or off push notifications and emails. Set the types of notifications the want to see as push notifications.
