To create a custom community, select communities on the left sidebar. Once inside communities, client on '+ Add Community'

Once you have named your New Community, you will be able to client 'Create Community.'

Every price tier will have access to the 'general' community for every client. If you want to create custom communities you will need to have 75 clients or more plan. You do not need to wait until you have this many clients to upgrade to this tier if you want to use this feature.
