Get your own branded app
Having your brand in front of your clients is important. We get it. That's why every coach can already pick a theme color and upload their logo to make the MyCoach app feel like your own.
But what if you want to take it a step further and remove MyCoach altogether? With a branded app, your clients download your app from the App Store and Google Play, with your app name and your logo on the listing. They'll see your brand on their phone every single day.
Once inside, the app works the same way for clients. The listing and branding are fully yours.
Before you start
You'll need:
A registered business legal entity, such as an LLC or Corporation. Apple does not accept DBAs or trade names.
Important: sole proprietors are not supported. Apple only lists them as individuals under a personal name, and branded apps require an organization account tied to a registered business.
A DUNS number registered to your business, matching your legal entity name exactly. Check or apply for free here: https://developer.apple.com/support/D-U-N-S/. New numbers can take up to 3 weeks, so start early.
Authority to sign legal agreements for your business.
An app logo (Fiverr is a cheap and easy option) and your business logo for the splash screen.
Pricing
You'll set up your own developer accounts and invite us to them. We walk you through the whole process.
Apple Developer Account: $99/year
Google Play Developer Account: $25 one-time
Once live: $49/month on top of your Coach Catalyst membership for support, maintenance, and updates
How to get started
Go to Apps & Integrations
Select Branded App
Click Connect
Complete the payment step
Fill out the branded app form
You'll receive next steps by email, including a tracker link. If it doesn't arrive, contact support and we can send it directly.
Note: Apple verifies your business before approving your account, usually with a phone call. This can take a few days to a couple of weeks.
Need help?
Contact support with a screenshot of the error, where you were in the process, and whether payment was completed.
Once inside the app, it acts the same for clients but it's fully branded instead of using the MyCoach name.
