My Profile (Desktop)
Your profile controls how your name and photo appear to clients across the platform. You can update your details from both desktop and mobile, and changes will apply wherever your account is used.
✏️ EDIT YOUR PROFILE (DESKTOP)
To update your profile, click on the Account Menu at the bottom of the left sidebar (your profile picture or initials), and select Settings.
Select the My Profile tab.
From here, you will see options to update your First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Time Zone. You can also upload a Photo and change your Password.
Click Save to finish.
🔔 EDIT YOUR NOTIFICATIONS (DESKTOP)
To change your notifications, click on Account Menu > Settings > My Profile.
From here, you can select whether you want to receive Morning Notifications and set the Notification Time. You can also choose how you want to receive those notifications (Push Notifications via the app and/or Email Notifications).
Click Save to finish.
My Profile (App)
You can also edit your profile and notification settings from both the Coach Catalyst coach app and the MyCoach client app.
In both apps, tap Profile and then My Profile. From here, you can update your first name, last name, email address, time zone, and password.
To edit your notification settings, tap Profile and then Notifications. From here, you can choose whether to receive push notifications, email notifications, message notifications, and notifications when you are tagged in posts or comments.
In the MyCoach app, you can also choose whether to receive morning notifications and set the time they are sent, as well as whether to receive daily check-in notifications.
If you are using the same email address for both coach and client access, your profile and notification settings are shared across both apps and cannot be managed separately.
Manage Notifications on Your Device
In addition to the notification settings within the app, your device also controls how notifications are delivered.
If you are not receiving notifications, check your phone’s notification settings to make sure they are enabled for the app.
On iPhone, go to Settings > Apps > Coach Catalyst (or MyCoach) and click on Notifications, and adjust your preferences for alerts, sounds, and badges.
On Android, go to Settings > Notifications > App Notifications and select Coach Catalyst (or MyCoach). Adjust your notification settings as needed.
