Clients can be managed in different ways depending on what you need. You can archive clients to remove them from active use while keeping their data, permanently delete them from your account, or reactivate previously archived clients. Clients are organized into tabs such as Active, Recent, and Archived to help you manage them.
Archive a Client
To archive a client, go to Clients and locate the client you want to archive using the search bar or filters if needed.
Select one or multiple clients using the checkboxes, then open the Bulk Actions dropdown and click Archive Account.
Archiving a client removes them from any current programs and removes any client tags. You will no longer be able to message them or assign them to new programs, tags, or resources while they are archived.
Archived clients are moved out of your active client list and can be found in the Archived tab. They can be reactivated at any time.

Archiving a client will reduce your active client count, but your plan will NOT automatically downgrade. If you want to change your plan, go to Account Menu > Settings > Billing.
Reactive a Client
To reactivate a client, go to Clients > Archived and locate the client you want to restore.
Select the client, then open the Bulk Actions dropdown and click Reactivate Account.
Once reactivated, the client will return to your active client list. Any previous programs, tags, or resources will need to be reassigned.
Delete a Client
To delete a client, go to Clients and locate the client using the search bar or filters.
Select one or multiple clients using the checkboxes, then open the Bulk Actions dropdown and click Delete Account.
Deleting a client permanently removes all of their data from your account (including message history, compliance and metrics).
⚠️ This action is not reversible, so make sure you are certain before proceeding.
