⬇️ DOWNGRADING YOUR PLAN

If you have more active clients than your target plan allows, you will need to archive or delete clients before downgrading.

To reduce your active client count, go to Clients, select the relevant clients, open the Bulk Actions drop-down, and choose Archive or Delete.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE

Please note that reducing your number of active clients does not automatically change your plan. If you archive or delete clients at a later date, your subscription will remain on your current plan until you manually select a lower plan from the Billing tab.

Cancel Your Account

To cancel your account, go to Account Menu > Settings > Billing > Cancel Account.

Canceling your account will deactivate your login and stop all client programs and communication at the end of your current billing cycle. Your data and settings will be saved for 12 months, allowing you to reactivate your account during that time if needed.

Update Your Payment Method

To update your payment method (and change the debit card/credit card used for your subscription), go to Account Menu > Settings > Billing > Payment Method and select Change.

Download Invoices

To access and download your invoices, go to Account Menu > Settings > Billing > Download Invoices.

For security reasons, you may be asked to log in again before viewing your billing history. Once logged in, you will see a list of invoices associated with your account, which you can view or download as needed.
