Understanding Your Receipt

If your Coach Catalyst receipt shows a different amount than expected, it is usually due to a mid-cycle plan change.

When you upgrade or downgrade your plan partway through a billing cycle, charges are prorated. This means you are only charged for the time spent on each plan.

Example: Upgrading your plan

On March 1, you are charged $39 for the month.

On March 20, you upgrade to a $79/month plan.

You are refunded for the unused portion of your original plan (10 days), which equals $13.

You are then charged for the remaining 10 days on the new plan, which equals $26.33.

The difference between these amounts ($13.33) is added to your next bill.

On April 1, you are charged $92.33, which includes $79 for the new monthly plan and $13.33 from the previous billing period.

Example: Downgrading your plan

On May 1, you are charged $99 for the month.

On May 20, you downgrade to a $39/month plan.

You are refunded for the unused portion of the original plan (10 days), which equals $33.

You are then charged $3.90 for the remaining 10 days on the lower plan.

The difference (-$29.10) is applied as a credit to your next bill.

On June 1, you are charged $9.90, which includes $39 for the new monthly plan minus the $29.10 credit.
