Your data hops through three apps: Samsung Health → Health Connect → Google Fit → MyCoach
Before you start
Install these four apps from the Play Store, all on the same phone:
Samsung Health
Health Connect
Google Fit
MyCoach
Sign into Google Fit and MyCoach with the same Google account.
Step 1: Samsung Health → Health Connect
In Samsung Health, tap the menu (top right) → Settings → Health Connect.
Tap Connect to Health Connect.
Tap Allow all → Allow.
Step 2: Health Connect → Google Fit
Open Health Connect (or find it via Settings → Apps).
Tap App permissions → Google Fit.
Turn on Read and Write for the data you want to share.
Step 3: Google Fit → MyCoach
In MyCoach, go to Profile → Connected Apps → GoogleFit → Connect.
Sign in with your Google account and tap Allow.
Pull down to refresh.
Your data should appear in MyCoach within 15–30 minutes. Only data recorded after setup will sync - past workouts won't backfill.
Troubleshooting
Data not showing up? Open Samsung Health, Google Fit, then My Coach in order. Still nothing? Disconnect Google Fit in My Coach and reconnect it.
Health Connect missing from Samsung Health? Update Samsung Health in the Play Store.
Some data types missing? Check permissions in both Samsung Health → Health Connect and Health Connect → Google Fit.
