The Clients page is where you manage all of your clients. From here, you can view client activity, track compliance, send messages, and organize clients using filters and segments.
Clients Index Page Overview
When you first open Clients, the left side of the page shows your client tabs and saved segments. This includes Active, Recent, Archived, Programs Ending, Needs Workout, and any custom segments you have saved.
Across the top of the page, you can choose a Date Range, Search for specific clients, adjust Filters, Download your client list, and add new clients.
You can select one or more clients from the table to use the Bulk Actions.
The main area of the page shows your client table. This is where you can view client names, compliance, and date of latest chat.
Clicking on a client’s name opens their client account page, where you can view more detailed information and manage that client individually.

TABS
Clients are grouped into tabs to help you quickly understand their status:
Active clients are all non-archived clients in your account. These clients count towards your plan and can be messaged and assigned to programs.
Recent clients are those with recent activity, such as completing workouts or checking in.
Archived clients are no longer active and are stored separately.
There are also predefined segments such as:
Programs Ending, which shows clients with programs ending in the next 7 days.
Needs Workout, which highlights clients who have upcoming workouts within the next 7 days but no future workouts scheduled.
COLUMNS AND VIEW OPTIONS
You can customize how your client list appears by adjusting the columns. Select which columns to display or use the drag handle to reorder them.
Filters and Segments
FILTERS
Filters allow you to quickly find specific groups of clients. You can filter by fields such as name, email, program, coach, client tags, compliance, activity, and date ranges.
Filters can be combined using “and” and “or” logic. For example, you can find clients who are on a specific program and below a certain compliance threshold.
SEGMENTS
Once applied, filters can be saved as a segment. This allows you to quickly return to commonly used views, such as high-performing clients or clients at risk.
To edit, rename or delete a Segment, click on the vertical ellipsis menu (⋮).
Compliance
The client table displays key compliance information such as Actions, Workouts, Forms, overall Compliance, date of Latest Chat, and a breakdown of the Last 7 Days.
You can click on any of the boxes in the Last 7 Days column to open that specific day and update a client’s check-in if needed. This can be useful if a client has missed or incorrectly logged an action.
🔴🟡🟢 COMPLIANCE THRESHOLDS
Compliance is also color-coded in red, yellow and green to show low and high compliance.
By default, low compliance is set at 60% (0.6) and high compliance is set at 75% (0.75). Compliance thresholds can be adjusted in Account Menu > Settings > Organization Settings.
You can also define At-Risk clients based on the number of consecutive days of inactivity. By default, this is set to three days.
Bulk Actions
From within the Clients page, you can select one or more clients using the checkboxes to perform Bulk Actions. You can use Filters to narrow your selection.
To select all visible clients, use the top checkbox. If your clients span multiple pages, click Select All Clients to select your entire list.
Once selected, use the Bulk Actions dropdown to archive or delete accounts, resend the welcome notification, send a bulk message, assign clients to a community or resource folder, toggle specific metrics on or off, add a global element, assign a new program or stop a program, add or remove a client tag, and assign or unassign clients from a coach (if applicable).
Messaging
You can also send an individual message by clicking the message icon next to a client’s name.
This opens a messaging panel on the right-hand side, where you can send a message, view the client’s actions for the day, add an internal note, and quickly access their metrics and current streak.
