The aim of this article is to give you a quick, general overview of how programs and elements work.
Introduction
Programs allow you to structure and deliver content to your clients over time. Each program is made up of elements, which can include lessons, actions, forms, messages, and workouts. You can use any combination of these elements depending on how you want to build your program.
You can create a program from scratch, or build one by combining existing elements or even other programs. This makes it easy to reuse content and create consistent experiences across multiple programs.
We also provide a library of over 30 done-for-you programs that you can use as they are or adapt to suit your coaching style.
Programs Overview
โ CREATE A PROGRAM
To create a program, go to Programs > My Programs > Create Program.
๐ PROGRAM LIBRARY/MARKETPLACE
You can browse the done-for-you programs by going to Programs > Marketplace.
Marketplace programs are fully editable, so you can add, remove, or rearrange content to suit your needs. They are designed to help you get started more quickly, without needing to build a program from scratch.
When you add a Marketplace program, the elements within it are also saved to your account, allowing you to reuse them in other programs.
Using elements
Programs are built using elements. These include:

You can add any number of these elements to a program. Elements can be created either in advance from their individual sections with the Programs menu or created from scratch as you build a program.
๐ GLOBAL ELEMENTS
Once created, elements can be reused across multiple programs. If you update an element and choose to save it globally, the changes will apply everywhere that element is used.
Managing elements
From within the Elements library, you can create a new element, search for an existing element or Filter by tag. Elements tags are created in Account Menu > Settings > Tags.
โ๏ธ EDIT, COPY AND ARCHIVE
You can manage elements using the ellipsis menu (โฎ), where you will find options such as Edit, Duplicate, and Archive.
The ellipsis menu (โฎ) in My Programs also include additional options to Assign to Clients, View Active Clients.
๐๏ธ ARCHIVE/DELETE ELEMENTS
There is no permanent delete option for programs or elements. Instead, items can be archived. To archive a program or element, open the ellipsis menu (โฎ) and select Archive.
Archived items can be accessed from the Archived tab within their own elements section. To restore an item, go to the Archived tab, open the ellipsis menu (โฎ), and select Unarchive.
Building your program
โ INSERT AN ELEMENT
To add elements to a program, click on the + icon on any given day.
From here, you can choose to add a Lesson, Action, Message, Workout, or Form. You can also choose to Insert Program (if you want to combine programs together) or Insert Blank Days.
After selecting an element, you will be given the option to Search for an existing element or Create New from Scratch. You can also Filter elements by tag.
When adding an element, you will also have the option to set it to repeat.
๐ COPY, DELETE OR WIPE
To copy or delete an individual element, hover over the element and select the ellipsis menu (โฏ).
To copy or wipe a day or week, hover over a day to access the ellipsis menu (โฏ) to access Additional Options. From here, you can Copy Day, Copy Week, Wipe Day, or Wipe Week.
After selecting Copy, the program grid will highlight where you can paste. Click to paste once, hold Shift and click to paste multiple times, or press Escape to cancel.
Program Layout
Programs can be viewed in Calendar View ๐ or List View โฐ, and elements can be dragged and dropped to rearrange them.
The day/week labelling on the calendar grid is for planning purposes only. When a program is assigned to a client, Day 1 starts on the day it is assigned, regardless of the position in the grid.
Saving Your Program
To save your program, click on the Save icon (floppy disk ๐พ). You also have the option to turn on auto-save.
If auto-save is turned off, we recommend saving regularly, especially when working on larger programs. You can also undo changes back to your last saved version.
If your program is already assigned to clients and you want your changes to be reflected in their accounts, click Update Clients.
Sharing a Program
To share a program with another coach, go to Programs > My Programs, open the ellipsis menu (โฎ) on the program, and select Copy Shareable Link. ๐
This will copy a link to your clipboard that you can send to another coach via email, message, or text.
When the link is opened by another coach (while logged into their account), it will display a preview of the program. They can then save their own copy to their account. This creates a separate copy that they can edit independently.
