To change the default weight unit in your account from pounds (LBS) to kilograms (KG), follow these steps:
Click on the Metrics tab in your main navigation.
Scroll down to the Default Metrics section.
Locate the Weight metric in the list.
Click the three-dot menu (•••) to the right of the Weight metric.
Select Edit.
Change the unit from Pounds (LBS) to Kilograms (KG).
Click Save.
Your default weight unit is now set to kilograms and will apply across your account.
