Overview of Coach Catalyst platform @ 0:00

Trevor provided an overview of the Coach Catalyst platform, explaining that it is a multi-platform system with web and mobile apps for both coaches and clients. He highlighted the key features, including lessons, actions, messages, workouts, and forms that coaches can use to deliver content and track client progress.

Bulk actions and client management @ 3:31

Trevor demonstrated the coach dashboard and explained the bulk action capabilities, allowing coaches to easily send messages, assign tags, and manage clients in batches. He also discussed the importance of the "recent" column to quickly assess client engagement and progress.

Notifications and follow-ups @ 7:49

Trevor covered the notification center, which allows coaches to track completed and missed client tasks, as well as the ability to easily message or follow up with clients directly from the notification view.

Trevor walked through the workout creation and assignment process, highlighting the ability to build and save workout templates, as well as the "global" feature that allows changes to be propagated across all clients assigned to a particular workout.
