New User Call
🗓 If you haven't already, click here to book your New User Call. This 25-minute live online call will walk you through the software to help you get started and get the most from your trial.
You will gain an understanding of the basics of the software, meet the team, and have a chance to ask questions.
Support
Our support team is here to answer questions and help you to get started. Our support team includes Kane, Trevor, Jakob and Emma! We also have a large, superstar dev team working behind the scenes.

⏰ The support desk is open Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (CDT). Our goal is to respond within 2 hours.
🤖 As well as our human support team, you can also ask our AI assistant, Habby, for help. Habby is a Coach Catalyst expert and can point you in the right direction for finding help articles.
🪲 If you are letting us know about an issue you are experiencing or a potential bug, please include as much information as possible and add screenshots or screen recordings (where possible).
