How to Update the Welcome Emails

Where to find the welcome emails & texts, when each one gets sent to a new client.

When you add a new client to Coach Catalyst, they will immediately get an email and text to download the app. You have the ability to edit the email and text message a client is sent.

Make sure you do not change any items that look like this - [%ACTIVATION_CODE%]

(activation code = client's password)

Step 1: Click your initials on the bottom left of the sidebar.

Step 2: Click Settings

Step 3: Click Notifications

Step 4: Choose Email or Text to edit

Step 5: New Client Email or New Program Email
