From the Client Index page, you can select multiple clients and choose 'Add to Resources' from the bulk action menu.

Select the clients you want to add to a resource folder. Then from the bulk actions dropdown choose to Add to Resources.

This will box up the box to select the folder and give you the ability to add/edit clients assigned to the folder.

Click Assign to Folder.
