By default, the system will send a morning notification check-in at 9am local time. This can be updated for a client easily. 

On the Client Index page, click the pencil on the right side of the client row you want to update.

One of the options will say Morning Notification Time. 

Choose a time between 5am and noon. 

Clients can also update this on their own account preference page at any time.
