You can add a client to an existing tag by going to your client index page and checking the box next to the client(s) you want to add to a group. Use the bulk action dropdown on the right and select Assign/Unassign To Tag.

Use the dropdown and select the correct Tag you'd like to add the client to. Once selected, click Assign to Tag and you're all set!
